Ask a special needs Mom~Part 1

Ask a special needs Mom~Part 1

I asked this question is my Imperfect Adventure community last week: “What is one question you would ask a special needs Mom if you knew you weren’t prying?”. The responses were so raw and honest that it gave me chills, and a I realized this is a conversation worth having. I decided to answer them live without preparation, just my first gut responses as if they asked me in person. Here is Part 1.

The Supervisor that changed everything

The Supervisor that changed everything

Having a special needs son meant that we had to engage with many professionals, both in the medical field and education system. Luckily we met a special needs supervisor along the way that set our son up for success in learning. I will be forever grateful to her!
