She worked full-time and raised my sister and I alone for a period of time but always made sure we were well nourished, I learned much of what I know today because of things she taught me along the way. It isn’t always fun or sexy to talk about what we put in our mouths, but it is vital that we understand how to truly nourish our bodies.
